 The President of the United States (US), Joe Biden called on private companies and organizations in Uncle Sam's country to ‘lock down their digital platforms’ as intelligence teams claim Russia is planning a cyber attack.


The United Kingdom (UK) cyber authorities are also seen supporting the White House's call by stating the need to 'increase precautions' despite not being able to present solid evidence of the cyber attack plan.


The Russian side has responded to the allegations leveled by stating it is *Russophobic.


*Anti-Russian sentiment that is prejudiced against everything related to the country.



It is common knowledge that Russia is one of the great powers of cyber attacks, where it has various assets of cyber attacks and hackers (hackers) capable of disrupting and destroying cyber order.


For now, Ukraine appears to have no problem with cyber attacks by Russia, however, experts worry about the possibility of Moscow launching a cyber attack against Kyiv’s allies.


According to Jen Ellis of cybersecurity frima Rapid7, Biden’s warnings seem absurd, especially when the West introduces more sanctions and expects hackers to intervene in intrusions is not in line with their plans.
