Tesla Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Elon Musk once again made a surprise by asking European countries to increase nuclear energy production to curb energy supply shortages following the Russo-Ukrainian war.
Elon Musk in his personal Twitter stated that the situation is now ‘very clear’ for European countries to restart nuclear power plants and increase production.
Ciapan also stated that the current situation is 'critical' for national and international security.
Hopefully, it is now extremely obvious that Europe should restart dormant nuclear power stations and increase power output of existing ones.
This is * critical * to national and international security.

Musk’s actions are closely linked to the current situation in continental Europe, where sanctions on Russia which has so far supplied 1/3 of Europe’s gas demand could affect the world.
This is because, European countries rely on Russian natural gas exports as a major fuel while it is in transition towards renewable energy.
However, the transition to renewable energy is still slow in Europe.
As a result, Musk has suggested a ‘far better’ use of nuclear energy for global warming than burning fossil fuels.
He also stated that the current situation is the best for European countries such as Germany to revive its 3 nuclear plants to curb energy supply problems and reduce energy exports from Russia.
It is common knowledge that sanctions on Russia have had a big impact, especially on oil and Musk also voiced his solution on the matter the other day.
Musk is seen not only giving support to Ukraine by sending aid but also giving his views and ideas to solve the problems that arise as a result of the sanctions imposed.
