Cryptocurrency wallet maker Ledger has partnered with The Sandbox through site ownership in the virtual world.
It is understood that this relationship can educate amateur crypto users and at the same time, Ledger will play an important role in improving metaverse protection as well as self-care management of digital assets for users of The Sandbox.
Interestingly, Ledger wants to offer a customized Ledger Nano to owners of The Sandbox's native token, SAND.
This news was also shared by The Sandbox to its followers on Twitter at midnight last Malaysian time:
🔐 We’re partnering with @Ledger to secure the #Metaverse and increase security, education & support for users! They will be building a hub on their LAND, providing users with support alongside learning and gamified experiences inside #TheSandbox! pic.twitter.com/kfTWECRp95

For the record, Ledger is the latest entity to move to The Sandbox after HSBC did so more than two weeks ago.
Perhaps Ledger’s transition to a non-fungible token (NFT) space proves the company is expanding its services.
