United States Domestic Product Service (U.S.) The IRS has decided to suspend the exchange of notices with the Russian customs authorities in an effort to block Russia's excise tax levies and reduce the funds available to finance the military over Ukraine.

Under a 30-year-old excise agreement, the IRS and the Russian Union Excise Service have collaborated to share notices to assist with domestic excise duties and strengthen the power of excise laws in both countries. In other words, the IRS may seek information about U.S. taxpayers from Russian authorities and vice versa.

Despite this restriction, the IRS has stated that it will no longer share any customs declarations with Russian authorities following Russia's intrusion into Ukraine beginning on February 24.

Europe's Suruhanjaya, on the other hand, is willing to put in place a new barrier that extends over Russia on Tuesday, European officials said, including a ban on imports of Russian coal, reducing access to Russian roads and transporting goods to Europe. Europe chose to target the oligarchs and block some of the exports of the army.
