Financial publishing company, Curzio Research managed to acquire land in the metaverse, TCG World worth around $ 5 million (RM21.96 million)
It is understood the purchase created the most expensive record in metaverse history after the ownership of $ 4.3 million worth of virtual land at The Sandbox in early December 2021.
Curzio Research has purchased a total of 19 commercial sites at TCG World, covering 12 sites measuring 128m x 128m; and 7 sites measuring 256m x 256m.
This largest purchase was made in cash along with the handing over of Curzio Research’s protection tokens to TCG World.
For the record, the token represents ownership of shares of the company TCG World.
Interestingly, Curzio Research is interested in ‘settling’ in the Asian part of TCG World’s metaverse where they have the opportunity to build a headquarters near WallStreetBets.
Curzio Research also reached out to socialize with other investors in the metaverse, including attending live broadcast programs, listening to exclusive podcasts-Wall Street Unplugged, attending educational seminars, and creating an investment community.
