‘Anyone want to apply to? Somehow CZ for a piece of two coins later. '

Binance exchanger Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Changpeng Zhao or affectionately called CZ stated his company offers 2,000 positions even though the crypto market is declining.

This is seen as contradictory to other giant companies that are acting to either lay off or stop hiring due to economic pressures.

CZ commented via his Twitter page which has 6.4 million followers, writing that Binance is ready to offer 2,000 vacancies that are open to be filled.

There is no denying that it was a bold move by Binance given that the crypto market is now in a bearish trend, as investors are understood to be shifting away from risky assets due to inflationary risk concerns as well as rate hikes.

Just look at its competitor, Coinbase Global Inc which announced a reduction of about 1,100 jobs or 18% of the company’s workforce on Tuesday in the face of a crypto market recession.

In addition, BlockFi and Crypto.com have also acted to reduce a number of their jobs, and even other technology giants such as Meta Platforms and Intel Corp have acted to lay off their employees.

Meanwhile, Binance did not clearly state the positions offered so far.
