Through a tweet on the Twitter page, the world's richest billionaire Elon Musk openly challenged the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Twitter, Parag Agrawal to argue in an open debate session.

The debate session proposed by Musk was to argue about the percentage of bot spam in the social media platform, which until now was the main reason for the failure of the $44 billion acquisition deal of Twitter.

Musk wrote in his tweet, he challenged Agrawal to prove that Twitter has less than 5% spam bots on its social media platform.

Musk was also seen conducting an online poll asking users if they agreed or not Twitter has more than 5% fake/spam accounts.

Generally, the $44 billion Twitter acquisition controversy with Musk ended with both sides pointing fingers at each other.

On Musk's side, he stated that Twitter refused to disclose the requested information and ignored the requirements he requested in order to ensure that the agreement was reached.

On the Twitter side, Musk is said to be deliberately looking for a reason to terminate the agreement by raising the bot spam issue after several times postponing the agreement in order to open acquisition opportunities at a low price.

The streak, Musk had filed a lawsuit against Twitter first on July 29 and indirectly added to the chain of controversy.
