Parents and college graduates of the United States who are deeply knowledgeable and involved in cryptocurrencies believe that crypto topics should be taught in schools so that students learn about the future of the economy and diversifying investments.

As proof, a survey released by the online education platform Study.com states that 64% of parents and 67% of college graduates believe that cryptocurrency must be part of compulsory education so that society does not become like a frog under a shell.

However, the two groups have different philosophies about blockchain, Metaverse and non-fungible tokens (NFT) as only 40% believe crypto subjects should be included in the curriculum.

While participating in the survey, 884 parents and 240 American college graduates had to provide sufficient knowledge about blockchain, crypto, NFT and Metaverse technologies.

According to the Pew data research center, 88% of Americans pay attention to cryptocurrencies, while 16% of the US population actively invests and trades cryptocurrencies.

At the same time, the survey found that parents as well as college graduates who invested in crypto contributed money to crypto education.

Truth be told, three-quarters of parents have given $766 to their children's crypto education and three-quarters of graduates have spent $1,086 on that education.

Meanwhile, the University of Connecticut and Arizona State University are among the colleges based in the U.S. that introduced introductory courses on blockchain technology and crypto applications in order to learn how to manage cryptocurrencies including how such digital assets can have a positive impact on the economy.

In essence, educational institutions are responsible for helping student groups with crypto knowledge because this trend will be the mainstay of many new jobs related to the Web3 environment.
