By order of a judge in the Delaware Chancery Court, Twitter Inc was asked to produce documents from former company executives to Elon Musk.
In an official court statement, Twitter was ordered to collect and review and produce documents from the company's former General Manager of Consumer Products, Kayvon Beykpour.
This is because according to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tesla, Beykpour was an important individual in counting the number of fake accounts on the platform and was key to the settlement of the $44 billion acquisition agreement.
Like to be reminded that the main factor in the failure of the $44 billion acquisition deal was because of bot account issues and Twitter spam leading to legal disputes.
So far neither Twitter nor Musk's lawyers have released any statements including Beykpour.
A little summary about Beykpour, he left and resigned from Twitter last April after Twitter agreed to the terms of Musk's acquisition.
Now he is a key character in the controversial trial case between Twitter and Musk, including 21 other individuals who are understood to have information about the spam account.
As of this writing Twitter shares are trading up 0.54% at $44.50.
