India's internet regulator has slapped Google with a 9 billion rupee ($113m; £98m) lawsuit for the second time in less than a week over anti-competitive practices.

They consider that Google has abused its dominant power to force all app developers to only use the payment system they have provided.

It is reported that Google has prevented app developers from paying their bills using third-party payment services.

According to a Google spokesperson in India, they have looked into the situation and they will remain committed to its users and developers.

According to a report from the Competition Commission of India (CCI), they have ordered Google to overhaul their operations within three months including allowing application developers to use other payment services apart from the payment services they have provided.

Furthermore, they advise Google to give good explanations to application developers about any payment services that will be charged.

This is the second time the suit has been imposed after last week, Google was sued for 13 billion rupees ($161m; £144m) by India for using the Android platform to dominate the market.
