Social media platform Twitter announced a collaboration with four sales platforms to allow users to buy, sell or display their non-fungible tokens (NFT) directly.
The four partners are Solana Magic Eden, the Rarible protocol multi-platform NFT market, Dapper Labs and the sports-centric platform Jump.trade.
It also includes several blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Solana, Flow, Polygon, Tezos and Immutable X.
In short, the NFT Tweet Tile allows NFT artwork to be displayed in a dedicated panel accompanied by a button to allow users to click through market listings.
Commented a representative of Twitter, the feature is blockchain-agnostic that will support the network as long as the link is from the four platforms.
He further added that tests are being carried out on the feature where selected Twitter users will be able to see the update.
For the record, Twitter previously supported NFTs as profile pictures through its Twitter Blue subscription service in January, but for now it only fully supports Ethereum NFTs.
