After authorities tracked him down to Dubai, the 31-year-old CEO and Co-Founder of Terraform Labs, Do Kwon, reportedly moved to the Eastern European country of Serbia last month.
It was explained that he constantly changed his hiding place, from Singapore and Dubai to the Seychelles and Mauritius.
Following the overnight collapse of LUNA and UST tokens, Kwon fled South Korea when most investors began to open their mouths and speculate about the issue.
Returning to the explanation, Kwon is most likely to have crossed the Serbian border easily as the officials must not have been able to track his entry or exit accurately due to his invalid passport.
The streak, South Korea's Ministry of Justice asked the Serbian government for help to identify if Kwon still resides there while they track down Terra's Top Executive who has been on the run for the past few months to avoid prosecution.
Apart from the South Korean authorities, Interpol also issued a red notice ordering law enforcement agents around the world to cooperate in Kwon's arrest operation.
Also recently, Kwon has invited police officers to attend his conference as he promises to explain any questions thrown at him although further details are yet to be announced.
