The current crypto market that is still suffering has not discouraged blockchain platform Polygon to sign an agreement with Warner Music and music platform LGND Web3 to launch a non-fungible token (NFT).

The NFT collection to be introduced by Polygon is related to music, where LGND not only allows buyers to listen to its digital music collection but also selected Warner Music artists can launch their own NFT.

Following that, Polygon is confident that Music NFT and the Web3 world will be able to bring closer the relationship between artists and fans when the first music NFT takes place in January 2023 in collaboration with Spinnin' Records, the world's leading dance record label.

It is also well known that Polygon is a Layer-2 Ethereum (ETH) scalability platform that has joined the Disney Accelerator Program focusing on NFT, artificial intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR).

Apart from the following description, the popular Windows media player Winamp also allows users to play NFT music with a simple method that allows users to link their respective Metamask wallets through Chrome, Firefox and Brave.

The method is said to support the distribution of audio or video files with the ERC-721 and ERC-155 standards while Winamp is also working to incorporate the NFT with other new upgrades in the future.

According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Winamp, Alexandre Saboundjian stated that he will create many unique experiences with the NFT audio player and allow users to listen to any file they are interested in.
