In conjunction with his 56th birthday, Oscar winner AR Rahman who is a famous Indian music composer and director will launch his own metaverse platform called "Katraar" in the near future.
In addition to containing original works by Rahman, Katraar will reportedly give musicians the opportunity to earn a certain amount of profit by uploading their respective works on the digital music platform.
In general, Rahman has composed music for his Tamil film titled "Roja" after director Mani Ratnam was interested in the music he wrote and not forgetting his collaboration with international musicians.
Not only that, the director was also attracted to Rahman because of his acting in the films Bombay and Dil Se and received six national film awards including two Oscars.
In context, Karthik was one of the first Tamil singers to launch NFT music on April 14 last by performing in the metaverse.
