"The winner must be lucky, right? He got 62 BTC, who wants to give it to him?"

LunaCrush, the famous crypto company with SpaceX plans to conduct a treasure hunt on the moon, where the prize is a private key to a digital asset wallet containing 62 Bitcoin (BTC) worth $1.7 million.

The prize will be delivered via a SpaceX spacecraft that has a secret code engraved on it that will be launched in the fall of 2023.

For context, the CEO of Tesla and Twitter, Elon Musk developed SpaceX in 2002 and he is a staunch supporter of crypto when he recently changed the Twitter logo to his favorite memecoin Dogecoin (DOGE).

Explained further, LunarCrush said that the security of the wallet is highly guaranteed as employees or anyone else will never know the secret code.

Even so, all parties are able to add funds to the wallet since it is always open.

The following BTC prize can be claimed by the first individual to successfully reach the moon and find the key during the treasure hunt, explained LunarCrush, adding that they aim to inspire many individuals to learn new things and broaden their perspectives.

As part of fundraising efforts for the project, LunarCrush entered into agreements with other businesses such as animation company Golden Wolf and BTC developer tool provider Hiro to offer a collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

While the company also intends to record a process that can ensure there is no confusion in the procedural part and after Lunar OutPost's Mapp rover lands on the moon, rewards will be available to whoever finds it first.
