In March, the "New Home Sales" data has experienced a significant increase of 9.6% making it the highest data record since March 2022, at which time the FED was starting to raise interest rates where the average "Mortgage rate" was 4.2% .

We expect that the release of "New Home Sales" data in April 2023 will show a decrease.

Even so, this expected decrease will show that the predicted annual sales rate will still reach 663,000 which will remain strong. This is because it exceeds the lowest "New Home Sales" data sales rate ever recorded in September 2022 which was 550,000.
