Charles Hoskinson, the creator of Cardano (ADA) warned that fraud in cryptocurrencies will become more widespread with the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) which has recently gained popularity.
Through his new video release on YouTube, Hoskinson predicts the multi-million dollar ADA will be gone one year from now as fraud using generative AI takes over in the future.
He also said that an individual is unlikely to get something for free as there will be videos or video clips asking people to invest in chains or coins through AI.
However, the only way to verify identity is to use a Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) key, which is an encryption and decryption program used to verify data communication and allow cryptographic privacy features.
This is because AI has become the main focus in global technology when ChatGPT which is the most popular chatbots has taken the sector to a higher level, but it should be known that many warn about the disadvantages of AI.
In addition to Hoskinson, Dr. Geoffrey Hinton who quit Google after working as a pioneer also spoke openly about the dangers of AI and advised all parties to be careful with such technology.
In fact, Google's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sundar Pichai believes that society is still not ready for the progress made by AI following Elon Musk, an early financier of OpenAI who has also mentioned the dangers of the technology.
Although there are no clear laws regarding the new technology, all parties should be careful in creating such a thing as many countries have banned ChatGPT due to privacy concerns.
