For the first time, there is a special offer for all borrowers of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), which is the launch of the Let's Pay PTPTN Campaign throughout this month.
The agency is offering a 15% refund discount and loan restructuring for borrowers in arrears with a minimum down payment of RM300 as part of its Customer Appreciation Day campaign.
PTPTN Chief Executive Officer, Ahmad Dasuki Abdul Majid said the PTPTN Let's Pay Draw will also offer cash prizes of up to RM70,000 for 140 winners. The promotion will run from December 1 to 31.
He said again, there are 10 exciting prizes to be won for each state. The participation criteria is simple because borrowers who make loan repayments amounting to a minimum of RM300 during the promotional period are eligible to participate in the opportunity.
Furthermore, he said that borrowers who participate in this campaign and make loan repayments will be rewarded with exclusive souvenirs from PTPTN.
PTPTN Customer Appreciation Day takes place simultaneously in all state PTPTN offices and branches nationwide until the end of this month.
In order to facilitate customer affairs during Customer Appreciation Day, counter operation hours at PTPTN state offices and branches nationwide are extended from 8.30am to 6.00pm, including Saturdays from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
