Unwittingly, billionaire Elon Musk revealed his plans to move the headquarters of his social media platform X to Austin, Texas following a series of speculations about the future of the increasingly viral social messaging app.
The plan would come a month or two after Musk finalized a deal that saw him take ownership of the firm in a $44 billion deal.
The decision to do so is the result of unfavorable State laws under the government of Gavin Newsom plus California has become a place of violence for many US citizens for several reasons such as racism, the housing crisis as well as the standard of living and high crime rates.
So here it can be seen that the announcement by Musk has received mixed reactions from X users, where the majority praised the move even though the timeline for the relocation is still unknown.
Musk's announcement of the relocation of X and SpaceX headquarters comes just days after Cardano's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Charles Hoskinson issued an important security warning to him.
Fearing for Musk's life, Hoskinson said those who push for change tend to experience some form of tragedy such as social destruction, legal disruption and imprisonment or murder.
The streak, Hoskinson views Musk's decision to leave California as a good decision following Musk's gradual approach to the final phase which may involve murder.
In another form of security for X users and employees, Hoskinson has offered to integrate Decentralized Identity (DID) on X for free.
