A total of 123 entities were added to the list including 42 located in China, 63 from Russia, 14 in Turkiye, Iran and Cyprus.
Entities involved in the embargo are subject to export restrictions and licensing requirements in certain technologies.
Last April, the Office of the US Trade Representative began an investigation into China's maritime, logistics and shipbuilding industries.
The US administration claims Beijing is practicing unfair trade and policies in monopolizing the market sector.
