Donald Trump has announced that he is continuing the shipment of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel, after Biden blocked them.
The shipment went ahead on the grounds that Israel had paid for the bombs and had a right to get what it paid for.
Biden had previously delayed the shipment out of concern that such a large bomb could cause serious harm to civilians in densely populated areas like Gaza, especially in Rafah.
The bombs are designed to penetrate strong materials and cause serious damage.
At the same time, several other military supplies, which were withheld during Biden's term, will also continue to be shipped.
For the record, the United States (US) has provided Israel with significant financial and military support since the conflict began.
Meanwhile, critics continue to protest, calling for an immediate halt to arms shipments to Israel, but US officials' support for Israel's national defense remains steadfast.
