US stocks rebounded on Friday after Thursday's losses with the Dow Jones and S&P 500 down 0.16% and 0.21% respectively while the Nasdaq Composite saw the biggest decline, down 0.89%.

Shares of large companies were under pressure with Tesla (-3.4%), Nvidia (-2%) and Apple (-4%), leading the technology sector to end lower.

Not all sectors ended lower like the technology sector as utilities, real estate and industrials still managed to close higher.

Investors also looked at earnings reports from Morgan Stanley which jumped 4% after posting strong fourth-quarter results, while Bank of America fell 1%, despite beating profit and revenue estimates.

Bond yields continued to fall as the US 10-year Treasury yield extended its decline.

Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller has signaled the possibility of a rate cut.

The statement has caused concern among investors about the market's seemingly uncertain direction.
