Wall Street rose on Friday after reporting a 4% increase in revenue for its fiscal first quarter and giving an optimistic outlook for the current quarter, which in turn saw Apple's shares jump 3%.
Intel and KLA shares rose 4% and 3% respectively, also contributing to the gains on Wall Street.
On Thursday, stock indexes recovered from a slump triggered by the launch of China's AI DeepSeek, with the Dow up 0.38%, the S&P 500 up 0.53%, and the Nasdaq Composite up 0.25%.
Investors will await more earnings reports and key inflation updates expected late on Friday.
